Q: Why should I buy an aluminum or vinyl patio instead of a wood one?

There are several problems that arise from using wood for your patio cover. It is most easily explain just by showing you, click here to see examples of common wood problems.

Weather can cause cracking, warping, and splitting of the wood. The paint can start to chip, fade, and peel. Also wood can burn. With aluminum or vinyl you have no worry for any of this. The paint enamel is baked right into the product so you have no worry about chipping, cracking, and peeling. Also, aluminum and vinyl do not soak up water and warp because of heat. Also, it is pretty much maintenance free, with aluminum and vinyl only needing to be scrubbed down every once in a while, it definitely beats needing to repaint and seal your wood cover every year.

Q: How do I know I am purchasing the products I want from you at the lowest possible price?

Before you actually purchase the products you choose from us, we request that you have at least one patio contractor come to your home and survey the intended installation area. This will ensure that we know exactly what products you require and the details, such as exact measurements, heights, obstructions, and other important information.

If the contractor quoted you a price we do not want to know it. We only need the information to give you an accurate price quote, because we quote you one price, and one price only. We give you the facts, so you can make the decision.

By doing this you will be assured that our prices are the absolute lowest anywhere and the quality is the same or better than anywhere you can purchase it, except or course, if you could buy factory direct as we do with our huge discounts.

Q: When should I request a price quote?

Please request a price quote only if you are indead ready to purchase. Do your shopping before you contact us. We do not want to know what your previous estimates were. We just need to know exactly what you require. Doing your shopping prior to calling will allow you to compare apples to apples. Although our prices are the lowest anywhere, we still have price increases just like everyone else because of the ever changing oil and metal markets (sometimes on a daily basis) that affects our discount structure from manufacturers. Remember the old phrase: "I wish I had bought it then, but didn't."

Q: How can we sell such a high quality product, with delivery included, at such a low price and still earn a profit?

The answer is simply a combination of large volume of sales, very little overhead, we buy factory direct, and the factory ships directly to you.

Because we deal directly with the factory, which then assembles your patio kit, and ships, directly to you, we do not have a need for a large warehouse or a fleet of trucks and this lowers our overhead. Unfortunately, the factories will not deal directly with home owners because they are looking strictly for volume sales, which we are easily able to provide for them and are then able to pass the savings directly to you.

Q: Do you accept credit cards and is financing available?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards and we can arrange financing to fit just about any budget. Depending on the amount of the kit, you might consider applying to your bank or other lender for an equity line of credit due to the extremely low interest rates currently available. We suggest you apply very soon as these low rates will not last forever, as you well know.
